Terms of Use

Effective October 1, 2026. This website is operated by HERO REIA.

What this site is. Information about HERO REIA, a virtual meetup for veterans and first responders across the US and Canada who invest in real estate, and a waitlist to hear when it opens. Nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here is an offer to buy, sell or lend on any property.

Your submissions. When you add a number to the waitlist you confirm it's yours, or that you have permission to use it.

Texts. When you tick the consent box and join the waitlist, you agree to receive text messages from HERO REIA at the number you gave, about the association. Texts may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end texts, or HELP for help. The SMS terms and Privacy Policy also apply.

The usual limits. The site is provided as-is; we don't guarantee it's always available or error-free, and content can change without notice. Site content belongs to HERO REIA and may not be scraped or republished without permission.

Questions. Reply to any of our texts, or message us at @joinherorei.
